JOHN SPEED - John began his insurance career in San Diego with Farmers Insurance in 1988 after graduating from San Diego State University. In 1995 he moved his agency to Oxnard, CA where he has achieved Farmers Insurance Group Topper Club (Top 5%) Life and Commercial Masters, and Elite Commercial Agent. John is a current member and president of Business Network International, past president of Oxnard Stars Youth Track Club & Ventura County Youth Track Conference, and is currently coaching at Oxnard High School – Cross-Country and Track. John competes in the USA Master Track Program, and is nationally and world ranked in the 100, 200, & 400 meter events. John resides in Oxnard with his wife Suzanne and youngest daughter Taylor.
SUZANNE SPEED - Suzanne began her insurance career in Oxnard with Farmers Insurance in 1984. Working along side her father Dan Dolby, they have achieved Farmers Insurance Group Topper Club (Top 5%), Life and Commercial Masters, and Commercial Elite Agent. She is a Commercial Account Specialist handling over 3 million in premiums and is the Operations Manager for the Dolby, Farrar & Speed Agencies. Suzanne is the current treasurer of Oxnard Stars Track Club and is involved with the Oxnard High School Track & Cross Country teams. In her spare time she practices yoga, and enjoys travel, sports, and reading. Suzanne has 3 children and resides in Oxnard.
EVAN SWANGER – Evan joined the Dolby-Speed agencies back in 1997 and is the bilingual Personal Lines Manager which handles over 2000+ personal line accounts. Evan was a member of the Santa Clara High School Saints boys basketball team (1988-1991) which won 2 CIF State Basketball titles (1989-1990) and runner-up in 1991. Evan is currently a member and president of Business Networking International and the Channel Coast Officials Association where he officiates CIF Boys basketball. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, yoga, and spending time with his English Bulldog, Mable. Evan resides in Calabasas with his wife Brooke.
ALELI PLATA - Aleli joined Dolby-Speed agencies in June 2008 and is a customer service representative as well as a marketing assistant. Aleli has been playing volleyball since she was 9 and was an outside hitter for the Oxnard College Women's Volleyball team for the 2008 and 2009 seasons. Aleli is currently studying Business Management at Cal State Northridge. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports, the beach, and spening time with close friends.
